When rescheduling a call up, suppliers can be confused by the many emails that go out, no matter how they are phrased. It would be good if we could have a new email template for rescheduling an email to expose the old date (previous call record, d_called_for) + new date (current call record, d_called_for). This would mean a single email goes out with the detail of the previous call up (for suppliers to find/cancel in their booking systems) and a new date, to book in for the new call up.
