I have just started using this Admin FVL and Construction FVL, but we find that there is a lapse of time between the Admin FVL being done and the file proceeding to Construction. We like to sign up the clients and get them locked in, so once their plans are completed and their colours are finalised we prepare the job and reconcile the Admin FVL for the clients to sign. Then there can be a lapse of time because we are waiting for their land to be developed, bank finance or Building Approval etc. In this lapse of time a client may make more changes or there is something we need to add because we couldn't gain Building Approval and we've amended items by way of Building Variations and the file is now ready to go to construction. However, to do a final Construction FVL we have to start from scratch and repeat the Admin FVL work we have already done, by way of moving items, deleting items or merging items which can take 2-3 hours work. If I could copy the Admin FVL to the Construction FVL then add the additional Building Variations to this Admin FVL, it would only take a short time to prepare. I would really appreciate if someone could look into this feature as it would save a lot of time.
