Please add a permission to allow deletion of specific comment types only.
We have a couple of use cases e.g.
Customer service manager should be able to delete CRC Weekly Portal Update comments if added in error (to prevent the wrong comment appearing on the customer portal)
Warranty manager should be able to delete Service notes that have been added in error
