Functionality to add a CRM (job) comment when sending a Maintenance Work Order from Logistics Tablet.

Ability to see when maintenance work orders (maintenance items) are sent to trades, ability to track this through via the CRM comments screen. This would operate much the same as the SupplierConnect job comment functionality.
