Change the sorting of date columns on the call forward screen to consider forecast dates.

If the call forward is sorted by a date field, e.g. called, it currently displays the actual called date sort, but activities thereafter do not consider forecast dates in the display. If it utilised the actuals then forecasts, a supervisor could then see what items are next to be 'scheduled' based on the called column, and the best possible and manual forecast dates.
